Diagnosis....

For the record. LOL

So this is my diagnosis.... so that when Mr digger goes to the doctor, and they tell him this, you guys can say, hey your wife told you so! 

 

He has had neck pain for about 2 wks he isnt sure what he did, if anything, but its giving him headaches. Its down the left side of his neck, and it affects his ability to rotate his head.

 

Im relatively positive its his sternocleidomastoid muscle, which runs from the occipital bone to the sternum and clavicle. I believe its the portion from the occipital bone to the clavicle that is causing issues. He should go see a chiropractor for adjustments, and apply ice, then heat. 

 

HOWEVER he wont listen to me :) Imagine that.
