Today is the Day

Back on my own bandwagon for weight loss.

2 years ago, I started a doctor monitored low carb high protein diet and lost 80 lbs. This past winter has been rough on me, and while my sunny disposition shines through on my blog, I have suffered from depression off and on since about October. Life can be overwhelming. If you don't agree, you aren't living your life to its potential!

So today at 4 I am headed back to the doctor and we shall discuss the 25lbs that have crept back on to my butt and attached themselves and hung on for dear life.

  1. I can sympathize with you because last February my mom suddenly passed at the age of 51 so I lost 35lbs from stress and depression. But the kiddos have kept me moving more and more as the days go by. But it is so hard to be motivated when life kicks you square in the butt! I tend to be a very motivated and driven person but I lost it over this past year. It has been a heck of a journey but do it in baby steps so you don't overwhelm yourself with doing something good for yourself and then you get the reward of energy from exercising. Good luck and I will be your cheerleader! :)
